This study is to analyze the management of improving quality learning at SMP IT Al Kaffah Binjai, from aspects planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring. uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical method. Data collection was done through interviews, observation documentation techniques. analysis carried out data reduction, presentation, verification. The results this indicate that efforts improve are managed well effectively. viewed (1) including formation curriculum development team, managing activities according national education calendar, ensuring teachers create programs, planning for student recruitment preparations (new students or transfer students), school orientation additional preparation documents; (2) structured delegation organization, starting founder delegating it foundation, foundation principal, as principal who assisted by representatives, staff; (3) implementation, process interaction between facilities; (4) supervision, internal supervision (principal) external (supervisor Binjai City Education Office), which oversees academic managerial school.
